Ferda sent us a very nice carrot cake recipe. The irresistible combination of carrots, walnuts and cinnamon plays the leading role in this recipe :)

Ingredients for Walnut Carrot Cake Recipe

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tea cup oil
  • half a glass of milk
  • half a glass of walnuts
  • 1 cup of carrots
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 pack of vanilla
  • 1 package baking powder
  • 3 water glass flour

How to Make Walnut Carrot Cake Recipe?

  1. Crack 3 eggs into a large bowl and add a glass of sugar.
  2. Mix with a mixer until the mixture turns white.
  3. Then add all the other ingredients.
  4. After mixing it enough, let's pour it into the cake mold that we put greaseproof paper.
  5. Put it in the preheated 160 degree oven.

Cooking time is up to 45 minutes.
