  • 1 orange,
  • 2 quinces,
  • 330 gr granulated sugar (2 cups),
  • 250 ml of water,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 2 tablespoons of cream (30 g),
  • ½ packet of vanilla
  • 4 slices of toast bread,
  • 30 g butter (1 soup + 1 teaspoon),
  • 4 balls of Carte d'Or Classic Pistachio Ice Cream

How to Make Ice Cream French Toast Recipe?

  1. Peel the quinces, cut them in half, remove the middle and separate the seeds.
  2. Grate the rind of the orange and squeeze out the juice.
  3. Put the quinces and seeds in the pot with granulated sugar, orange peel and juice.
  4. Add 250 ml of water and boil until the sugar dissolves.
