A dish that is easy to digest and rich in vitamins is chard with olive oil. If you want, you can grate the carrot into it while it is cooking.

olive oil

Materials:

2 bunch of chard
4/3 cup olive oil
2 onion
half a glass of bulgur wheat
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
1 glass of water
salt

Fabrication:

Wash the chard leaves, slice them not too thinly and leave to drain. While the chard is draining, chop the onions for food, add salt and sugar and fry until they turn pink.
Add the chopped chard to the pink onion little by little. After adding all the chard, add the water and bulgur. When the bulgur is cooked and the chard is drained, remove it from the fire.
Serve with yogurt.
